My order was lost while in transit with OnTrac. I waited for a long time, but in the end, it was marked as lost, which was really disappointing. While placing my order, it said it would be delivered in two days. Later, I received an email saying it would arrive even earlier (the next day), but it never did — even after eight days. Although I eventually got a refund, I had already waited so long and had to go through the whole process again. Now, with my second order, it also showed that the delivery would arrive earlier than expected, but it’s already two days past the expected date and I still haven’t received it. I really hope my order finally arrives this time.
